Greg has been invited to speak with audiences ranging in size from 10 people to thousands of people.  The events have taken place in locations like the USA, Canada and Africa. ==  Verizon Tech Savvy Awards, part of the 18th Annual National Conference on Family Literacy.    Event for 1200 educators from around the country. Greg co-hosted the Awards along with author/illustrator Peter Reynolds. Previous co-hosts included actors James Earl Jones and Eric Close.  Greg also did a book signing at the event. == UCH 66th Annual Volunteer Banquet: Greg was the keynote speaker.  Michelle Obama (in her capacity as a hospital executive) was the other speaker. ==A Day of Tolerance Event: Greg was one of two speakers. Elie Wiesel (Nobel Peace Prize honoree and author of Night) was the other.  Greg spoke in the afternoon, Wiesel in the evening. (Greg was asked to speak for 45 minutes).

HOLIDAYS:  Event for hundreds of students in Toronto Canada in advance of Remembrance Day 2008. PHILANTHROPY: An event for Capital Region Sponsor-a-Scholar in New York, their philanthropist supporters, business and education leaders in their community, some of the students they work with.
